How To Sign Up

Joining is easy. Purchase your Roxy Movie Membership online or visit our friendly team at the Roxy Box Office.

If joining in person, our team will complete your membership registration and provide you with your personalised member card. Please allow approximately 5–10 minutes for this process. During busy screening periods, we may need to process your membership at a quieter time.

​

Your membership is ready to use as soon as you sign up. When signing up online, the Roxy team will post your membership card to your provided postal address.

How To Use Your Membership

  • How to Use Your Roxy Membership for Online Ticket Purchases

    To unlock your member-only pricing and exclusive ticket options, you must log in to your account before selecting your seats.

    Follow these simple steps:

    1. Visit the Booking Site: Go to the Roxy Box Office Online platform.

    2. Log In First: Click the Log In or Sign In button at the top of the page. Use the exact email address associated with your Roxy Membership.

    3. Select Your Event: Browse the upcoming shows and select the event you want to attend.

    4. Choose Member Tickets: Once you are logged in, the system will automatically recognise your active membership status. Your special member-only ticket prices or restricted ticket types will now be visible and unlocked.

    5. Complete Checkout: Add the member tickets to your cart and proceed to checkout. Your discount will be automatically applied.

    • Need Help? If you cannot see your member pricing, please ensure you are not using a different email address. If you still have trouble, contact the Roxy team at roxy@leeton.nsw.gov.au or call (02) 6953 0911 before finalizing your payment.

  • How to Use Your Roxy Membership at the Box Office

    Purchasing tickets in person at the Roxy Theatre Box Office or the Leeton Shire Council Customer Service Desk is quick and easy:

    1. Visit the Box Office: Head to the box office counter during open hours (the box office opens 30 minutes before any scheduled show).

    2. Identify Yourself First: Before the staff ring up your tickets, let them know you are a Roxy Member.

    3. Provide Your Details: Give the staff member your full name, phone number, or the email address linked to your membership.

    4. Enjoy Member Rates: The staff will pull up your profile on the TicketSearch system, verify your active status, and apply your exclusive member-only pricing directly to your transaction.

    5. Complete Payment: Pay using cash, credit, or debit card.

    • Tip for Members: Always mention your membership before the transaction is finalized, as discounts cannot be retroactively applied to completed payments.

    • Please note that a surcharge may apply to 3D movies

    • Member ticket prices may not be available for films marked as 'Special Events' or Non For Profit Fundraisers

    • Membership rates, benefits and conditions may be subject to change without notice

    • Membership cards and membership benefits are for the specified member only, and cannot be shared

    • Membership benefits are valid only with the presentation of a valid membership card (at the box office)  or by following the prompts online                  

    • Membership benefits automatically link to member prices when a patron buys a ticket online

    • Lost membership cards will incur a $5.00 replacement fee, with the same expiry as the original card

    • No extensions will be granted on expired memberships    

    • Memberships, complimentary and half-price tickets do not guarantee admission to a session, and seating is subject to availability

    • Complimentary sign-up tickets are valid for three (3) months from date of sign-up or renewal of membership

    • The Roxy Community Theatre (Leeton Shire Council), in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend any membership at any time without prior notice to the member

    • The complimentary sign-up ticket is redeemable for films listed as “No Free Tickets”, as advertised throughout all advertising material including, but not limited to, newspapers, website, Facebook® and in the theatre.

    • No complimentary membership ticket is valid for films listed as “Special Event”.

    • Memberships are valid only at the Roxy Community Theatre Cinema, Leeton

    • Please note that a surcharge may apply to 3D movies

    • Members can only purchase 4 tickets at a time  

    • Member ticket prices may not be available for films marked as 'Special Events' or Non For Profit Fundraisers
